PLEASE BE AWARE FROG AND PEACH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHHOLD WHOLE OR PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR THE FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE BELOW CONDITIONS.  PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO VOLUME CONCERNS AND BREAK TIMES.

BREAK TIMES:  If you are playing a full night of music then two ten minute breaks is acceptable.  If you are playing for any shorter period of time then one ten minute break is acceptable.  If you would like to negotiate your compensation we can discuss NO break times and this is preferred by Frog and Peach.

VOLUME CONCERNS:  Frog and Peach is a great pub that includes live music but please be clear that we are not a concert hall.  Patrons in the bar need to be able to converse as well as the staff needs to be able to take drink orders.  Frog and Peach staff determines if the volume is acceptable.  We will let you know if it is to loud.  If the band does not have the ability (some don’t) to play at a lower level then Frog and Peach is not a good fit for your band.  We respect your talents and ask that you respect our requests.

THURSDAYS: Farmers Market forces Higuera (in front of frog) to be free of all loading by 5:30 pm.  If you play during Farmers Market you need to be loaded in and off the street or you will have to carry your equipment from a far away parking space.  Playing after Farmers Market requires that you do not use Higuera before 9:30 pm.  Any questions please ask.

We have a pa, mains, monitors.  YOU NEED TO BRING EVERYTHING ELSE… mics/cables/stands etc.

Please be sure that your load in/sound check/set times are all very clear before email confirmation.
